I was contacted by 8:30 am the next business day and Tom was at the house within a couple hours. From that Monday morning, everything was finished by Wednesday afternoon despite a hiccup in the middle. In a few days Tom was able to come and troubleshoot.
He gave suggestions on what to do. We ended up ordering a thermostat ourselves and installed ourselves. We felt comfortable with the advice given and paid Tom a small fee for a service call.
